TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Website: https://fegyvertavcso.hu/
Effective date: 14 October 2026
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://fegyvertavcso.hu/ and the purchase of products offered through the online store.
The website is operated by the following business:
Company name: ........................................
Registered office: ........................................
Company registration number: ........................................
Tax number: ........................................
Represented by: ........................................
Email: ........................................
Telephone: ........................................
Website: https://fegyvertavcso.hu/
In these Terms, the operator is referred to as the “Seller”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
A person accessing the website is referred to as a “Visitor”. A person placing an order is referred to as a “Customer”. A “Consumer” means a natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession, as defined by applicable law.
These Terms apply to orders placed through the website unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to Consumers by applicable law.
2. Scope and Applicable Law
The website operates as an online retail store offering products that may include rifle scopes, hunting optics, optical accessories, mounting equipment, electronic optical devices and related products.
The Seller operates from Hungary. Contracts are governed by applicable Hungarian law and directly applicable European Union law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Customer's country of residence.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable legislation, including, where relevant:
Hungarian Civil Code, Act V of 2013
Hungarian legislation governing contracts between businesses and consumers
Hungarian legislation concerning electronic commerce and information society services
Hungarian legislation governing distance contracts and consumer withdrawal rights
Applicable European Union consumer protection legislation
Applicable rules on conformity of goods, statutory warranties and product safety
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal provision, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a Consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
3. Website Access and Permitted Use
Visitors may browse the website and view product information, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Visitors agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems, accounts or administrative interfaces.
Interfere with the website's operation, security or availability.
Introduce malicious software or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent order information.
Misuse contact forms, customer accounts or customer service channels.
Use automated systems to collect website information in a manner that infringes applicable law or the rights of the Seller or third parties.
Infringe intellectual property rights relating to website content or products.
The Seller may take proportionate and lawful measures to protect the website and its users against fraud, cyberattacks, abusive conduct and other unlawful activity.
Any restriction affecting a Consumer's contractual rights will be subject to applicable law.
4. Age Requirements
The website may display an age-verification notice requiring visitors to confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
By confirming that they are at least 18 years old, visitors declare that they meet this age requirement.
The age-verification pop-up is an access-control measure. Unless a separate verification process is implemented, it does not constitute independent proof of identity or actual age.
Customers must comply with all age restrictions and other legal requirements applicable to the purchase, possession, import, export, transport and use of the products ordered.
Where a particular product is subject to a stricter legal requirement, that requirement prevails.
The Seller may request additional information or refuse, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, verify a transaction or address a legitimate security concern.
Any such action must be proportionate and must not unlawfully deprive a Consumer of statutory rights.
5. Product Information and Descriptions
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate and up to date.
Product information may include:
Manufacturer and brand
Product model and variant
Optical specifications
Magnification range
Objective lens diameter
Reticle type
Tube diameter
Mounting compatibility
Dimensions and weight
Included accessories
Warranty information
Manufacturer documentation
Technical limitations and compatibility requirements
Product images may be illustrative. Actual products may differ in appearance because of manufacturing revisions, packaging changes, photography, screen settings or other legitimate reasons.
Such differences do not excuse a failure to deliver goods that conform to the contract, the description and applicable legal requirements.
The Customer should review product specifications and compatibility information before ordering.
If a material product characteristic is unclear, the Customer may contact the Seller before purchasing.
6. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability unless expressly stated otherwise.
A product appearing on the website does not necessarily mean that it is physically in stock at the Seller's premises.
Product availability may depend on warehouse stock, supplier availability, manufacturer lead times and other operational factors.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Seller will inform the Customer and explain the available lawful options.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include:
Waiting for replenishment, with the Customer's agreement where required.
Accepting an alternative product, with the Customer's agreement.
Cancelling the affected order or order item.
Receiving a refund for an amount already paid for goods that cannot be supplied.
The Seller will not unilaterally substitute a materially different product without the Customer's agreement.
7. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website shall be interpreted according to the applicable price presentation and tax rules.
For Consumers, the total price payable, including applicable VAT and mandatory charges, will be disclosed before the order is submitted.
Where delivery costs or other additional charges apply, these will be displayed before the Customer completes the order, to the extent required by law.
Prices may be changed before an order is accepted. A price change will not retrospectively alter a binding order unless the Customer agrees or applicable law provides otherwise.
If a clear technical or clerical error results in a displayed price that is obviously incorrect, the Seller will address the issue in accordance with applicable contract law. The Seller will not automatically treat an already accepted order as cancelled merely because a more favourable price was displayed.
Where a genuine error prevents the order from being fulfilled as agreed, the Seller will contact the Customer and explain the available lawful options.
Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers are subject to the conditions clearly disclosed with the relevant offer.
8. Ordering Process
Orders may be placed through the WooCommerce checkout on the website.
The ordering process generally involves the following steps:
The Customer selects a product and quantity.
The Customer adds the product to the shopping cart.
The Customer reviews the cart contents.
The Customer enters the required billing and delivery information.
The Customer selects an available payment and delivery method.
The Customer reviews the total price and other material order information.
The Customer submits the order using the designated order button.
Before submitting the order, the Customer should check the product selection, quantity, delivery details and total price.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information. If an error is discovered, the Customer should contact the Seller promptly.
The Seller will provide the legally required information about the order and contract before or at the appropriate stage of the purchase process.
9. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
After an order is submitted, the website may send an automated email confirming receipt of the order.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received. It does not necessarily mean that the Seller has accepted the order or that a binding sales contract has already been formed.
The precise point at which the contract is formed depends on the checkout wording, order process and applicable law. The website's actual confirmation messages and checkout settings must be consistent with these Terms.
Where the Seller accepts the order, the Customer will receive confirmation through the designated communication channel.
The Seller may contact the Customer to clarify incomplete information, verify an order or resolve a payment or delivery issue.
If the Seller cannot accept an order, the Customer will be informed and any payment received for the unaccepted order will be returned where required by law.
10. Refusal or Cancellation of Orders
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order where there is a lawful and objectively justified reason, including:
The product is unavailable and cannot reasonably be supplied.
The order contains materially incomplete or incorrect information that cannot be resolved.
Payment has not been authorised or completed where required.
There is a reasonable, documented indication of fraud.
The transaction would violate an applicable legal restriction.
A material pricing or technical error prevents fulfilment as agreed.
Delivery to the requested destination is prohibited or unavailable.
Where appropriate, the Seller will contact the Customer to resolve the issue before cancelling the order.
If the Seller cancels an order after receiving payment, the amount attributable to the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
This section does not permit arbitrary cancellation of a binding contract or exclusion of the Customer's statutory rights.
11. Payment Methods
The payment methods available at checkout will be displayed on the website.
Depending on the configuration, these may include bank transfer, card payment, payment through an external payment service provider or cash on delivery.
Not every payment method will necessarily be available for every order or delivery destination.
The Customer must follow the payment instructions displayed during checkout.
For bank transfers, the Customer should use the reference or order number supplied by the Seller and pay within the communicated period.
For online card payments, the payment transaction may be processed by a third-party payment service provider under its own terms and security procedures.
The Seller does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of an external payment service.
Where a payment fails, is declined or is not received, the Seller may suspend order processing until the payment issue is resolved, subject to applicable law.
12. Invoices and Accounting Documents
The Seller will issue invoices and other accounting documents as required by Hungarian law.
The Customer must provide accurate billing information and, where applicable, the correct company name, billing address and tax details.
If an invoice requires correction, the Customer should contact the Seller and provide the relevant order or invoice reference.
Invoices and accounting records may be retained for the statutory period applicable to the relevant document.
The Customer's statutory rights are not affected by the format in which an invoice is issued, provided the document meets the applicable legal requirements.
13. Delivery and Shipping
The delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed on the website or communicated during checkout.
Delivery may be provided through postal operators, courier companies or other delivery providers.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, the Seller will deliver goods within the period required by applicable law.
For Consumer contracts governed by the relevant EU rules, where no other delivery time has been agreed, delivery is generally required without undue delay and within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
If the Seller fails to deliver within the applicable period, the Consumer may exercise the rights provided by law, including setting an additional reasonable period where required or permitted, and terminating the contract in circumstances prescribed by law.
The Seller will not rely on this section to exclude liability for a failure to deliver when such liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Delivery Information and Failed Deliveries
The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address and the contact details necessary for delivery.
If a delivery fails because the Customer supplied an incorrect address, is unavailable or does not collect a parcel, the parties will cooperate to determine the appropriate next steps.
Any additional delivery or return charges imposed on the Customer must be lawful, properly disclosed where required and proportionate to the circumstances.
The Seller will not charge a Consumer arbitrary penalties for a failed delivery.
Where the Seller is responsible for the failed delivery, the Customer will not be charged additional costs arising from that failure except where permitted by law.
15. Transfer of Risk
For Consumer sales, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods generally passes to the Consumer when the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Where the Consumer independently commissions a carrier that was not offered by the Seller, the risk may pass at the point prescribed by applicable law when the goods are handed to that carrier.
For business-to-business transactions, the transfer of risk will be determined by the contract and applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes any mandatory Consumer protection.
16. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers purchasing goods online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
This right applies in accordance with the applicable EU and Hungarian consumer protection rules.
16.1. Withdrawal Period for Goods
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the period generally runs from possession of the last good.
Special statutory rules may apply to goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces or to regular deliveries.
16.2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
The notice may be sent by email or post using the Seller's contact details.
Withdrawal contact email: ........................................
The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided below but is not required to do so.
Where required by applicable law, the website will also provide an appropriate online withdrawal function.
16.3. Model Withdrawal Form
To: ........................................
Address: ........................................
Email: ........................................
I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods:
Product(s): ........................................
Order number: ........................................
Ordered on: ........................................
Received on: ........................................
Consumer name: ........................................
Consumer address: ........................................
Date: ........................................
Signature, where submitted on paper: ........................................
Delete as appropriate.
16.4. Returning the Goods
After notifying the Seller of withdrawal, the Consumer must send or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw, unless a different statutory rule applies.
The Consumer should return the goods to the address specified by the Seller for returns.
Returns address: ........................................
The Consumer must take reasonable care to package the goods safely for return.
16.5. Condition of Returned Goods
The Consumer may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.
The Consumer may be liable for a reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the applicable legal conditions are met.
The Seller will not automatically reject a valid withdrawal merely because the packaging has been opened or because the goods have been inspected.
For optical products, the Consumer should take reasonable care to protect lenses, coatings, adjustment mechanisms, electronic components and included accessories.
This section does not create an additional exception to the statutory right of withdrawal.
16.6. Refunds
When the Consumer validly withdraws from the contract, the Seller will reimburse the payments required by law, including the price paid for the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Seller where applicable.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds will generally be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise and no additional fee is imposed.
The Seller will process the refund within the statutory deadline.
16.7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the Seller has agreed to bear the costs or has failed to provide the legally required information, the Consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Any applicable return-cost obligations will be communicated in accordance with the law.
16.8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies.
Examples under EU consumer law may include certain goods made to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.
Other statutory exceptions may apply depending on the type of contract and product.
A rifle scope, optical device or ordinary accessory is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is a shooting-related product.
Any exception must be based on an applicable legal provision and the actual circumstances of the sale.
16.9. Business Customers
The statutory Consumer right of withdrawal generally does not apply to contracts entered into by a person acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
Business customers may have contractual or other statutory rights depending on the circumstances.
The Seller's voluntary return policy, if any, will be applied according to its published conditions without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Conformity of Goods and Statutory Consumer Rights
Products supplied to Consumers must conform to the contract and satisfy the applicable statutory requirements.
Depending on the product and circumstances, conformity may include:
The agreed description, type, quantity and quality
Functionality and compatibility expressly agreed
Features and accessories included in the contract
The characteristics reasonably expected for goods of the same type
Relevant public statements, product descriptions and manufacturer information, subject to applicable law
Applicable installation or assembly requirements where relevant
If a product does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may have rights under the applicable rules on conformity of goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, subject to the relevant legal conditions.
The precise remedy depends on the nature and seriousness of the defect, whether repair or replacement is possible, proportionality and the applicable statutory framework.
The Seller will not impose contractual conditions that unlawfully reduce mandatory Consumer rights.
18. Legal Warranty and Liability for Defective Performance
The Seller is responsible for defective performance to the extent required by applicable Hungarian law.
A Consumer may exercise statutory rights if a product fails to conform to the contract.
Depending on the applicable rules, remedies may include:
Repair
Replacement
An appropriate price reduction
Termination of the contract and a refund where legally justified
The availability and order of these remedies depend on the applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the case.
A Consumer should notify the Seller of a suspected defect and provide sufficient information to identify the product, order and problem.
The Seller may request reasonable access to the product or supporting information necessary to investigate a claim.
Nothing in these Terms requires a Consumer to waive a statutory remedy or accept a repair where the law provides a different entitlement.
19. Mandatory Guarantee (Statutory Guarantee)
Certain new durable consumer goods sold in Hungary are subject to mandatory guarantee requirements under Hungarian law.
Whether a particular product is covered depends on the applicable legislation, product category, purchase price and other statutory conditions.
Where mandatory guarantee rules apply, the Seller will provide the required guarantee documentation and comply with the applicable duration, remedies and procedural requirements.
The mandatory guarantee period for covered products may depend on the statutory price thresholds in force at the time of sale.
Not every optical accessory or rifle scope should automatically be assumed to fall within the mandatory-guarantee product categories. Coverage must be assessed under the applicable Hungarian regulations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory guarantee that applies to a product.
20. Manufacturer's Commercial Warranty
A manufacturer may provide an additional commercial warranty, sometimes described as a manufacturer's warranty or limited lifetime warranty.
The scope of such a warranty depends on the manufacturer's actual warranty terms.
It may specify:
The products covered
The duration of coverage
Geographic limitations
Registration requirements, if legally valid and applicable
Repair or replacement procedures
Exclusions for misuse or unauthorised modification
The party responsible for administering the warranty
A manufacturer's commercial warranty is separate from the Consumer's statutory rights against the Seller.
A manufacturer cannot use its commercial warranty terms to remove or reduce mandatory statutory rights held by a Consumer against the Seller.
Where product registration is available, its terms and effect will be explained separately.
21. Optical Equipment: Care, Installation and Use
Optical products should be handled and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Customers should observe the following general precautions:
Inspect the product and included components upon receipt.
Use compatible mounting equipment.
Follow the manufacturer's torque and installation instructions.
Avoid overtightening mounting screws or rings.
Protect optical surfaces from scratching, impact and unsuitable cleaning materials.
Use only cleaning methods and accessories appropriate for the product.
Keep products within the environmental and operating limits specified by the manufacturer.
Avoid unauthorised disassembly or modification.
Retain proof of purchase and warranty documentation.
The Customer is responsible for using products in accordance with applicable law and manufacturer instructions.
These recommendations do not transfer the Seller's statutory responsibility for defective products to the Customer.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation or other circumstances attributable to the Customer may affect a warranty or claim only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant warranty terms.
22. Product Safety and Legal Restrictions
Products sold through the website may be subject to different technical, safety, import, export, transport or usage requirements.
The Customer is responsible for checking the laws applicable to the intended purchase and use, including any restrictions that apply in the destination country.
The Seller may decline to ship a product to a destination where delivery would be unlawful or where the Seller cannot reasonably meet applicable legal requirements.
Where the Seller becomes aware of a product safety issue, recall or legally required corrective measure, it will take the actions required by applicable law.
Customers should follow product warnings, manufacturer instructions and official safety information.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice concerning firearms licensing, hunting permits or other regulated activities.
23. Returns, Defective Products and Warranty Claims
For a return, defect report or warranty claim, the Customer should contact the Seller using the contact details published on the website.
The Customer should provide, where reasonably available:
Order number
Invoice or proof of purchase
Product name and model
Product serial number, if applicable
Description of the issue
Photographs or other evidence where helpful
Contact details for further communication
The Seller may provide return instructions or request that the product be sent to an authorised service provider.
Customers should not send products to an address that has not been confirmed by the Seller.
Where a product must be returned for inspection, it should be packaged appropriately to avoid additional damage during transport.
The Seller will explain the applicable process and will not impose unlawful procedural barriers to the exercise of statutory rights.
24. Complaints and Customer Service
Customers may submit complaints concerning products, orders, delivery, payment or the performance of the contract.
Customer service email: ........................................
Telephone: ........................................
Postal address: ........................................
Please include the order number and a clear description of the issue.
The Seller will handle complaints in accordance with applicable Hungarian consumer protection law, including statutory response and record-keeping requirements.
Where the law requires a written response, a specific deadline or a formal complaint record, the Seller will comply with those requirements.
If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, the Seller will inform the Customer of the next steps as required by law.
The existence of a complaint procedure does not prevent a Consumer from exercising statutory rights or contacting a competent authority.
25. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may have access to alternative dispute resolution through the competent Hungarian conciliation body or another competent dispute resolution body under applicable law.
Information about the relevant Hungarian conciliation bodies and procedures should be obtained from the current official consumer protection resources.
The Consumer may also contact the competent consumer protection authority or seek judicial remedies where available.
The European Union's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025. These Terms therefore do not refer Consumers to that discontinued platform.
Official information about EU consumer redress is available at:
https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/
Nothing in this section restricts the Consumer's statutory right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
26. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's texts, design elements, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Product names, trademarks and logos belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Viewing the website or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of website content or intellectual property rights.
Without prior authorisation or another valid legal basis, users must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or modify protected website content beyond what is permitted by law.
Nothing in this section restricts statutory rights, permitted quotations or other uses authorised by applicable law.
27. External Links and Third-Party Services
The website may link to manufacturers, payment providers, delivery services, product registration portals and other third-party websites.
These websites are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and technical conditions.
The Seller does not control every external website or guarantee its uninterrupted availability.
A link to a manufacturer or service provider does not mean that the Seller adopts every statement or policy published on that external website.
Customers should review the relevant third-party terms before using external services or submitting personal information.
28. Website Availability and Technical Maintenance
The Seller aims to keep the website available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
Scheduled maintenance
Software updates
Hosting or network failures
Security incidents
Third-party service interruptions
Circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control
Where reasonably practicable, maintenance will be managed to minimise disruption.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for a failure where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
29. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is liable in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including mandatory Consumer rights and any liability that applicable law requires the Seller to retain.
Subject to those limitations, the Seller will not be responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control where applicable law permits such limitation.
The Seller does not guarantee that every external link, third-party service or internet connection will operate without interruption.
This section must not be interpreted as excluding statutory remedies for defective goods, non-delivery, breach of contract, product safety obligations or other mandatory legal responsibilities.
30. Force Majeure
A force majeure event means an exceptional event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that prevents or materially delays performance and that could not reasonably have been avoided.
Examples may include natural disasters, war, major infrastructure failures, certain governmental restrictions and widespread transport disruptions.
A party affected by such an event will take reasonable steps to reduce its effects and inform the other party where appropriate.
This section does not automatically cancel a contract or eliminate a Consumer's statutory rights to terminate the contract or obtain a refund where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied.
31. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
The Privacy Policy explains the purposes and legal bases of processing, the categories of recipients, retention periods and the rights available to individuals.
The website uses WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center. The extent of processing by these services depends on the actual integrations and settings enabled.
The website is hosted by Rackhost, subject to the applicable hosting arrangement.
For detailed information, please consult the Privacy Policy available on the website.
32. Electronic Communications
The Customer agrees that order-related information may be communicated electronically using the email address supplied during checkout, subject to applicable law.
Electronic communications may include order acknowledgements, order confirmations, invoices, payment notifications, delivery updates and customer service messages.
Transactional messages are distinct from promotional marketing communications.
Marketing messages will be sent only where a valid legal basis exists.
Customers should ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and check their spam or junk folders if an expected order communication does not arrive.
The use of electronic communications does not remove any statutory information or documentation requirements.
33. Business Customers
Where the Customer purchases products for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession, the transaction may be treated as a business-to-business transaction.
Mandatory Consumer rights, including the statutory Consumer right of withdrawal, may not apply to such a transaction.
Business customers should review product specifications, compatibility, quantities and delivery requirements before ordering.
Any special business terms, negotiated pricing, resale arrangements or supply agreements must be expressly agreed in writing where required.
Where these Terms conflict with a separate valid written agreement, the separate agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict and as permitted by law.
Nothing in this section excludes statutory rights or obligations that apply to business transactions.
34. Amendments to These Terms
The Seller may update these Terms to reflect changes in applicable law, products, services, website functionality or business operations.
The current version will be published on the website with its revision date.
Changes will apply from the date stated in the published version, subject to applicable law.
A change will not retrospectively alter an already concluded contract unless the Customer agrees or applicable law permits it.
Where required, the Seller will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its lawful purpose without reducing mandatory Consumer rights.
36. No Waiver
Failure or delay by the Seller in exercising a contractual right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.
37. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Hungary and the directly applicable laws of the European Union, subject to mandatory provisions that may apply to the Consumer.
For Consumer contracts, nothing in these Terms deprives a Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply under the relevant conflict-of-law rules.
Jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law. No provision of these Terms requires a Consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before a court that would be unlawful or unfairly restrictive under mandatory consumer protection rules.
For business-to-business contracts, jurisdiction will be determined by the applicable contract and procedural law, subject to any valid jurisdiction agreement.
38. Final Provisions
These Terms, together with the applicable order confirmation and any other expressly incorporated contractual documents, govern the relevant purchase.
Where a product-specific warranty, promotion or special offer contains additional terms, those terms apply only to the extent that they are valid, properly disclosed and consistent with mandatory law.
If these Terms are published in more than one language, the applicable language version and the consequences of any discrepancy must be determined in accordance with applicable law and the information provided to the Customer before the contract is concluded.
No provision of these Terms is intended to exclude a mandatory statutory right.
39. Seller Contact Details

40. Applicable Legal Framework
These Terms are intended to operate in conjunction with the following legal framework, to the extent applicable to the relevant transaction:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), for personal data processing
Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as applicable and implemented
Directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods
Hungarian Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services
Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) concerning detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses
Hungarian Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) on mandatory guarantees for certain durable consumer goods, where applicable
Hungarian Ministerial Decree 10/2024 (VI. 28.) defining certain categories of durable consumer goods subject to mandatory guarantees
Other applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation in force at the time of the transaction
The applicable provisions depend on the nature of the product, the type of Customer, the contract and the legislation in force.
End of Terms and Conditions
